Last New Moon of the Year

❄️ Winter Solstice: Sunday December 21

Winter Solstice, the official first day of winter and the darkest day of the year is upon us. But, fear not! From here on out, the light returns. We gain about a minute more sunlight every day until summer, and with each extra ray, we are reminded that change is inevitable and growth is always possible.

Even though the deep cold arrived early this year, the return of light is already on its way. Let’s get through the darkest part of the year together, on our mats, in community, and with care.
