Once the baby has arrived, we offer valuable support through Baby + Me yoga classes. These sessions provide a gentle introduction to yoga for both mothers/caregivers and their newborns

Infant Massage

Everyone loves a massage, especially babies! In this 1- hour workshop learn the basics of infant massage to help soothe and comfort your baby.. and yourself!

In this special 1-hour workshop, learn to use sign language to communicate with your pre-walking, and pre-talking baby. Enhance the parent child bond, and early literacy skills
