Baby + Me Yoga Class

Our Baby and Me Yoga Class for new parents offers a gentle and supportive space for new parents to move, bond, and restore balance in their bodies while connecting with their little ones. This class is designed to help you regain strength, ease tension, and nourish both body and mind, all while engaging with your baby in a loving and mindful way.

Led by Bec Conant of Om Births, an experienced prenatal and postpartum yoga instructor, this class includes gentle yoga postures, breathwork, and playful movement designed to support postpartum recovery. Special attention is given to core engagement, pelvic floor health, and releasing tension from feeding, holding, and carrying your baby. Props and modifications are provided to ensure a comfortable and accessible practice.

Perfect for all parents, this class provides a safe and welcoming space to connect with your body, your baby, and a supportive community of fellow parents. All pre-crawling babies are welcome.
