Take Prenatal Yoga for a fit pregnancy!

Level: All levels and all stages of pregnancy

When: Sundays from 9:30-10:45am

Strengthening movement, stillness and reflection, comforting breath-work, and a sense of community are all parts of this unique prenatal yoga class. Come enjoy an embodied experience in a celebration of pregnancy and birth. Mom-to-be will enhance, or discover, personal agency and empowerment for her birthing event as she explores the power of her body through movement and mindfulness.

No yoga experience necessary, this is appropriate for all levels of ability and all stages of pregnancy. Limitations will be accommodated with modifications.
