About the Class:

Jessica’s Baby & Me Yoga class is a 60-minute session designed to create a fun and engaging environment for both moms and babies. This class includes playful songs and movements that encourage bonding, mindfulness exercises to center your mind, and specific yoga poses to help relieve the physical strain of nursing and feeding. Additionally, the class focuses on rebuilding abdominal strength, a crucial aspect of postpartum recovery.
