Combining the strength-building power of Mat Pilates with the flexibility and mindfulness of Yoga, this class offers a comprehensive workout that caters to both body and spirit.
This popular 30/30 style class starts with a warm-up followed by 30 minutes of Mat Pilates, then switches over to Yoga mixed with traditional stretching. Class ends with guided quiet meditation (in yoga it’s called Savasana).
