New Yoga Classes at The Gentle Place

We are so excited to announce all of the new classes we are offering starting this October!  Don’t see something you like?  Let us know!  Want to try them all?  Get an unlimited month and start experimenting!

 

For the Early Birds:

Sunrise Yoga, Tuesdays and Thursdays at 7am

Morning Vinyasa Flow, Saturdays and Sundays at 8am

Sunrise and Morning Flow yoga includes aspects of meditation to center your mind, breath work to settle your nervous system and yoga poses to warm up the body and ease into movement. You will leave ready to take on your day mindfully and intentionally.  (Here’s a link to  Samela describing her class!)

For the Gentle Folk:

Gentle Yoga, Tuesdays and Fridays at 9:30 am

Wind Down Gentle Yoga, Wednesday and Thursday 7:15pm

Morning Gentle Yoga is slow and supportive, getting your body and mind ready for a day of ease and embodiment!

Wind Down Gentle  Yoga undoes the kinks of the day, and ends with a Yoga Nidra practice to prepare you for rest and a rejuvening night’s sleep.

For the Fitness Focused:

Strength Basics, Wednesdays at 9:30 am

Yogalates, Tuesdays at 6:30pm

Vinyasa Flow, Wednesdays at 6:00pm

Stretch and Recover, Thursdays at 6pm

All or our fitness focused classes are for all levels of experience. As with all classes, please be sure to let the teacher know if you have any injuries or areas of pain that you are dealing with so they can help you modify as needed.

For the Family:

Prenatal Yoga, Sundays at 9:30 am

Kids Yoga, Saturdays 10am

Prenatal Yoga is great for moms at all stage of pregnancy, and a wonderful way to be in community with other mom’s to be.  No experience needed!

Kids Yoga is a fun and great introduction to yoga for kids from grades 1 to 5!!
