Prenatal Yoga 4-week session starts June 11th

In our prenatal yoga program, we offer our expectant students the opportunity to tone and stretch the major muscle groups and body systems in a balanced, fun and safe way, using a modified Vinyasa-flow style. During our practice you’ll connect to your breath throughout each posture and movement. Our breath is an essential part of staying present, focused and relaxed, especially during the birthing process. These classes, offered in 4 week sessions,  are designed to help you mentally and physically prepare for the birth process.  CLICK HERE to sign up!
