New to Yoga? Give these Classes a Try!

This week we’ve had a few people asking what classes would be best for someone who is new to Yoga or returning after a long hiatus.
 
Any Gentle Yoga, Wind Down Yoga and All Levels Yoga classes are PERFECT for the beginner yogi. As these classes are taught at a slower pace and the postures are fully explained.The great news is that our classes are accessible and non-intimidating for everyone, even for a beginner.

Not only are many of our standard classes gentle in nature, but because of our small class size, our teachers can be attentive to the needs of individual students. This keeps everyone safe, and allows teachers to help with modifications and prop usage that is right for each person as their level!

Just let your teacher know you are new to yoga, and you will be well taken care of.

Gentle Yoga with Lisa and Mary Ellen, Tuesdays and Fridays at 9:30 am

Wind Down Gentle Yoga with Samela, Wednesdays and Thursdays at 7:15 pm

All Levels Yoga, with Samela, Wednesdays at 6:00 pm

Strength Basics, with Antonetta Wednesdays at 9:30 am
