Anxiety Relief with Yoga

Despite the relaxing slower pace of summer, stress and anxiety seem to be always waiting in the wings.  Even vacation plans can feel stressful when extra work needs to be done before departure,  arrangements for pet or child care need to be made, and travel delays and challenges confront us.
