NEW! Beginner’s Yoga Class for Everyone!

Try our Beginner’s GENTLE YOGA class:
Gentle yoga postures, meditation, breath work and yoga philosophy…and new flexible scheduling!*

*Previously available only as a 6 week beginner workshop series, we are now happy to offer our these classes on a drop in/week to week basis.

 

Taught by Donna Kramer Merritt, LMT, RYT, these classes are an inviting and welcoming introduction to yoga for the beginner yoga practitioner, and a gentle and supportive class for anyone seeking a more gentle Hatha Yoga experience.

Classes are on Monday evenings at 7:30 pm, and on Friday mornings at 8:30 am, and are limited to 6 students to insure individualized attention.
