"Nicole made me feel very comfortable and checked in regularly about pressure and temp, which made it easy for me to speak up for minor adjustments. I left feeling much less tension and soreness, and I will surely be back!" ~Alaina Y.

My love of massage and healing touch started when I was around ten years old when my dad would massage my hands and shoulders. I started to massage his hands too, and one day my cousin paid me a quarter after I massaged her shoulders!

I taught myself aromatherapy in high school and practiced kundalini yoga in college. My path led me to massage therapy school when my oldest son was two years old. I got pregnant again one month into massage therapy school and graduated from the Connecticut Center for Massage Therapy with a special love for prenatal massage!

In time, my journey into wellness and healing arts deepened and led me to study Western herbalism with Rosemary Gladstar and others over the past ten years, and Ayurveda through the California College of Ayurveda, through which I currently hold a certification as a Ayurvedic Health Counselor.

My strengths in massage therapy come from deeply listening to my clients and their bodies. I love to get the pressure just right for each person, while using my skill set in Swedish techniques, energy work, deep tissue, reflexology, cupping, hot stones, and positional release techniques.

I see the body as a whole and each person as an individual. I practice seasonal wellness and love to educate others about those practices. I also teach prenatal massage and other classes at SpaTech in Westborough.

In my free time, I enjoy hiking, cooking, meditating, and singing in an a capella chorus!
