Guided Meditation, Thursday November 5th, at 11am

Are you aware of the many benefits of meditating, but can’t get yourself to do it, or it’s too difficult to do on your own?  We have a new class at Gentle Place Wellness to help!  It’s called Guided Meditations for Greater Inner Peace, Love, Ease and JOY!

Ann Ide will guide us into easy meditation together every Thursday morning, at 11:00 am; and we start this coming Thursday, Nov. 5th!  Attend as often as you can to get the most benefit and to build a nice little community.  Each week will have a different theme to help build and reinforce positive thinking patterns, beliefs and inner narratives that will support you in living with greater inner peace, love, ease and joy.

This Thursday’s class theme will be “Simple methods for deep relaxation and inner peace”.

Do you too often feel stressed and generally “pooped out”?  Whether you do or not, getting into a deeply relaxed state and feeling inner peace with meditation will be good for your mind, body and soul.

• You’ll be renewed and recharged.

• You’ll gain inspirational insights for living with greater ease and joy.

• You’ll learn simple techniques to continue to use on your own.
