Cynthia has been practicing massage therapy for nearly 20 years, and she brings both skill and heart to every session. A graduate of the Bancroft School of Massage Therapy—where she now teaches and mentors future therapists—she loves sharing her knowledge as much as she loves working with clients.
Her approach blends techniques from Swedish, Deep Tissue, Sports, Myofascial, Prenatal, Reflexology, Reiki, and more. But she doesn’t believe in a “one-size-fits-all” massage. Instead, she listens carefully to what your body needs that day, creating a treatment that clients often describe as grounding, effective, and deeply healing.
For Cynthia, massage is both a science and an art—a way of helping people feel more at home in their own bodies. She sees each session as a partnership, an exchange of energy that makes every massage unique.
When she’s not in the treatment room, you’ll often find her learning something new. Cynthia is a lifelong student, a proud member of the American Massage Therapy Association, and holds a B.S. in Urban Studies from Worcester State University.
