Beginner Yoga

Our Beginner Yoga class for new students is designed to give you the tools, confidence, and foundational knowledge to begin your yoga practice with ease. This class introduces basic yoga postures, breathwork, and meditation techniques, breaking them down step by step so you can move safely and mindfully in any yoga class.

Led by Samela St. Pierre, an experienced and welcoming instructor, this class will guide you through proper alignment, modifications for different body types, and ways to listen to your body. You’ll also explore the yogic principle of Ahimsa (non-harm), cultivating kindness toward yourself on and off the mat.

Perfect for absolute beginners or anyone looking for a refresher, this series will help you feel strong, centered, and confident in your yoga journey.
