Kids back to School? Maybe it’s time for YOU to get back to taking care of yourself! We have lots of new yoga classes and time options to try!
In a recent survey we sent out to current students we asked how we could improve our yoga classes schedule. As a result we have added many new classes and times, and hope that you will come try them out! Some don’t start until the end of the month, so keep an eye on the sign up schedule to be sure you don’t miss out!
Some of our new classes include:
Monday Slow Flow Vinyasa 6:00pm with Sue
Tuesday Slow Flow Vinyasa at 4:00pm with Renee
Tuesday NEW CLASS! VinYin (Flow and Restore) class at 6pm with Anna (starts 9/26)
Tuesday night MEDITATION returns at 7:30pm, with Lisa Campbell
Wednesday Lunch Time Hatha Yoga at noon with Melissa
Thursdays EARLY MORNING 6:30 am Slow FlowVinyasa with Melissa
and even MORE Hatha classes Friday through Sunday starting the last week in September with Traci and Mary Ellen!
