Gratefulness Meditations!

In honor of Thanksgiving, and my personal intention to focus more on things I am grateful for in my life, I have put together a short list of guided meditations on that theme below.

These meditations are from a variety of teachers and practitioners, and vary in length from 5 to 20 minutes.  Perhaps you will find one that resonates with you.
