You know how wonderful it feels to relax so much that you feel like your muscles are melting? Well, come learn how you can “feel the Melt” with our Sunday workshop on the MELT Method®. Based on cutting edge science that is just beginning to acknowledge importance of fascia, (the flexible fluid based structure that surrounds and supports every cell in your body), the Melt Method® rehydrates the fascia, bringing ease, reducing pain, and increasing mobility in joints and muscles.

Restorative Yoga, Sunday, September 18th, 7:00-8:30PM
This class is for ALL levels of experience. We invite you to experience Restorative Yoga, Reiki and Warm Stone. Relax deeply, let go of stress, and tension in restorative poses that uses blankets, blocks, and pillows as support. Breath work, meditation and hands on Reiki healing will leave you feeling relaxed and soothed with a general sense of well-being.
This class is offered by Kathy Finn, who in addition to being an amazing yoga teacher is also a Reiki Master and compassionate healer. The class is offered monthly, and is limited to only 6 people so you can have individualized attention, so sign up in advance!
